Who We Are

Circle J Ministries International is a Christian nonprofit based in East Texas, serving communities throughout Malawi, known as the Warm Heart of Africa. Rooted in faith and built on lasting relationships, our mission is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ while supporting the spiritual and practical needs of the people we serve.

Through partnerships with local pastors, churches, and community leaders, we support evangelism, church planting, education, widow and orphan care, vocational training, and community development.

We believe meaningful ministry goes beyond a single visit. It is built through relationships, local leadership, and a commitment to walking alongside communities over time.

On the stage, there are five adults, one of whom is standing and waving, others seated or standing, with one holding a book. The scene appears to be a community gathering or event.

Our Story

The roots of Circle J Ministries' work in Africa stretch back decades through the missionary calling of co-founder Randall Jinkins.

Randall first traveled internationally on mission trips in 1986, visiting Mexico and Kenya. In 2010, he began serving in Malawi, building relationships with local pastors and churches that would become central to the ministry's work.

His wife, Tracy, joined the work in Malawi in 2013, bringing a particular passion for serving women, widows, children, and families.

Together, Randall and Tracy helped establish Circle J Ministries International to continue and expand this work through long-term partnerships, practical support, and Christian outreach.

Today, Circle J works alongside Malawian ministry leaders who guide local programs, oversee projects, and carry the mission forward throughout the year.

Our Approach

Faith at the Center

Evangelism and discipleship remain at the heart of our ministry. We share the message of Jesus Christ through local churches, schools, village outreach, Bible clubs, and the Jesus Film.

Partnerships That Last

We work alongside Malawian pastors and community leaders who understand the needs, cultures, and strengths of the communities they serve. Our goal is to support locally led ministry that continues long after visiting teams return home.

Compassion in Action

We believe that caring for people means recognizing both spiritual and practical needs. Our work includes support for widows and children, vocational opportunities, education, community enrichment, and other programs that strengthen families.

Sustainable Impact

Whether helping equip a new congregation, providing resources for a pastor, or supporting a widow learning a trade, we seek lasting solutions that build local capacity and opportunity.

The Warm Heart of Africa

Malawi is known for the warmth, generosity, and resilience of its people.

Our years of serving in Malawi have created relationships that are central to everything we do. We are grateful for the pastors, families, and community leaders who welcome us, work alongside us, and help shape the direction of our ministries.

These partnerships remind us that lasting change is not something we bring to a community alone. It is something we work toward together.

Be Part of the Mission

Our ministry is made possible through prayer, partnerships, volunteer service, and the generosity of supporters who believe in the work being done in Malawi.

Whether you feel called to give, serve, or simply learn more, we invite you to be part of the story.
