Randall is the Co-Founder and CEO of Circle J Ministries International, Inc.  He was raised in East Texas and in the Baptist Church.  Some of his earliest memories in church are of the women of the WMU talking and teaching about missions; every Sunday the ladies shared the calendar of missionaries having birthdays.  As a young child, Randall attended "Son Beams," the predecessor of "Mission Friends." Later, he was active in Royal Ambassadors, now known as AIM.

Randall took his first international mission trips in 1986, first to Mexico and then to Kenya.  He was privileged to witness a great moving of God in Kenya, with over 4,500 people responding to the Gospel.  Since that time, God has allowed him to preach the Gospel on five of the seven continents.

Since 2010, God has provided Randall the opportunity to work in the beautiful country of Malawi, "The Warm Heart of Africa."  In cooperation with First Baptist Church, Rusk, Texas, and the Baptist Association of Malawi, his ministry has been privileged to help in the planting of eleven churches in and around Lilongwe, one church in Blantyre, and one church in Jenda.

Through Circle J Ministries International, Randall hopes to continue to reach the people of Malawi with the Gospel of Jesus Christ
